Clam Digging (潮干狩り)

I was asked to go clam digging the other day. I thought there might be a few other people on the beach. Turns out the Japanese are crazy for the clams.

Anyway, it cost 500 yen and I got a big bag of little clams. This is in Matsusaka, Mie at Gonushi beach. I guess people drive from pretty far away to come here.
