Momoiro Clover Z vs KISS
I think most of us thought Kiss had reached their pinnacle when they named their arena football team after themselves, but somehow this band just keeps getting better! This time they've hooked up with Momoiro Clover Z to make a couple of "rocking" songs. Also, it's the same song twice. The main difference is that Kiss sings the main part on "Samurai Son". That version will be released on a Kiss CD and not the internet. This is because their biggest fans are mostly autistic 50-year-olds and are much better at CDs than youtube.
Above is the Momocuro version. The cartoon only part stops around the 1:40 mark. After that you can finally see some men in their 60s wearing clown make-up.

Kewpie 3 Minute Cooking Show
The West often thinks of Japanese culture as strange or silly. How can one watch something like the video below and not come to the conclusion that Japan is doing it right? Why is this not happening on your television?
This is the opening and ending to the Kewpie 3 minute cooking show (featuring one of those naked angel baby dolls because... cooking). They show the original version and then a Momoiro Clover Z version. This isn't a 1970s Godzilla movie. This is the future. The future is now.

Momoiro Clover Z Live
Momoiro Clover Z's 2013 tour can now be seen on Blu-ray and DVD. It's quite the steal. Only ¥5,800 on Blu-ray (about $60) plus tax! You don't need to watch this, but it is interesting to note that Momocuro seems to be starting some new age sect of Hinduism!
Also, I saw a clip of them on TV the other day that actually made me like them a little more. They went to a small fishing village in Aichi-ken all dressed up. The idea was to see if they could find their fans and to see if all the old folks there knew who they were. At one point, a bunch of young fans found them. One 18-year-old boy in particular was in love with one of them. He was encouraged to "confess" his love. (This is, I find, kind of a weird thing about Japanese, but telling someone you like them is a confession. Also, I think it might be more common to ask a couple, "Who confessed?" than, "Where did you meet?") Anyway, the boy started confessing the way you're supposed to. Basically, scream it like you're talking to a drill sergeant and then bow. One of the other members of Momoir Clover Z "kancho-ed" him. (Kancho literally means "enema" and involves sticking your two index fingers up the victim's butt). Everyone thought it was funny, but they pointed out that it was a bit strange for a 20-year-old celebrity to kancho an 18-year-old. Some things are true in any culture.

Santa-san
I think there was some study that people get depressed during the holidaze because they don't hear enough Christmas songs. Well, Momo Clover Z is here to help with their song "Santa-san." It's a couple of years old, but it will still help you celebrate the birth of our lord and savior. It's got of ton of great ideas, like treating each other like Christmas trees, locking someone in the fridge while caroling, hitting all your friends in the face with Christmas cakes (hilarious), and, or course, Christmas hog piles. Also, I'm guessing this song holds the record for the most times "Santa" is said in a song since the chorus is his name over and over (quite catchy).

Momoiro Clover Z Q-tips
Have you ever been annoyed that you can't support your favorite band through your choice of cotton swabs? Well, Momoiro Clover Z is changing all of that. You can buy a 5 pack for ¥500 with a color representing each member. Which of the girls will you choose first to clean out your ears. And who will have have the honor of being stuck up your constipated baby's anus? That's for you to decide!

Momo Clover Z Pop'n Bubble Gum
Japanese Gum Review #9

Momo Clover Z and Lotte have teamed up to make two flavors of gum. They chose what most would consider the best flavors: "red" and "white." I was confused by this while I was waiting in the checkout line. I decided to get the red because I hate white people, but it turns out I should have bought both.
You're supposed to mix a piece of red and white to create a peach flavor. I guess it's a good way to make idiots buy two packs of gum. The red alone was an indistinguishable flavor. Perhaps it was wild not very good berry. Girlbot thought it was a fake cherry.

Momoiro Clover Z's Ice Cream Commercial
The gals from Momoiro Clover Z are back at it again promoting an ice cream called Soh (basically meaning refreshing). Two of them say they want to enjoy vanilla. The others of course retort that they want ice. Then a giant human (biblical symbolism much?) says they can have both. Soh is ice cream that has little bits of ice in it to make it kind of crunchy! And I'm assuming it also makes it cheaper to make!

Indians
I wouldn't recommend watching more than a few seconds of this. It's Momoiro Clover Z again. I think the music is supposed to sound Indian (like the country), but they're dressed up as American-Indians. Other than that, the video makes perfect sense.

Momoiro Clover Z: Intense Space Symphony 7th Movement "Infinite Love"
Some people would argue that humans are the worst thing to ever happen to planet earth. You can get pretty depressed thinking about war, slavery, carrot top, etc. But then you see something like this, something so beautiful only an animal wouldn't be brought to tears. This is the music they were talking about in Bill and Ted (the music that creates world peace). It has everything: Scenes from E.T., pirate power rangers, spaceships, angelic voices, amazing dancing, guitar humping, Christmas lights, special effects from the 70s... everything.
