Many aspects are reminiscent of a simpler time in America. Like remember the screams of delight you could hear as the milk man thumped his fist upon a door? And remember the way your heart would skip when you saw that guy who smelled of paint and unwashed undergarments and sold acid out of his van (both the hallucinogen and the kind that could burn through a home's locked door knob)? Well those memories of the past live on in Japan.
Actually, this windowless van is selling a drinkable yogurt. You know, acid milk.
Actually ACID MILK is much more propper than youghurt.
ReplyDeleteNearly 30 (or more) years ago japanese enterpreneurs imported the technology from Bulgaria – the brth country of what we call today “Youghurt”. It’s the only region whre the Bacilus Bulgaricum bacteria (named after the country) exists in natural environment. So this bacteria is used to produce real youghurt and etc. Directly translated from bulgarian this healthy type of youghurt actualy means “Acid milk”.
You can also find in japanese markets traditional bulgarian youghurt, made in Japan using the Bacilus Bulgaricum, cultivated there in special lab environment.
